🔒 Why do we ask for your ID?
Every worker on Staffable is manually verified before their profile goes live. This protects both workers and employers, and makes Staffable a platform people can trust.
- ✓Your ID number and document are seen only by Marius (the admin)
- ✓They are never shown to employers
- ✓They are never sold or shared with any third party
- ✓They are used only to confirm you are a real person based in South Africa
Think of it like handing your ID to a security desk — it's just to confirm you're real. Once verified, your profile goes live and employers can start booking you.
